Flying Home? Serve Up Some Gratitude! (You’ll Feel Better)


According to an article in today’s New York Times, if you express gratitude (sincerely) you’ll enjoy a health benefit. The more you do it — and the more consistently — the greater that health benefit will be. Witness:
