Gayography Brief: Your Global LGBT Travel News Update

beautiful Capri island, ItalyThis column is brought to you by Ashton Giese, ManAboutWorld correspondent and editor of the GAYography newsbrief.

Crazy news from Lithuania where the military is alleged to be (gay) testing conscripts by asking if they “like picking flowers” or “worked in the floral industry” to determine grounds for military dismissal! Maybe next year EuroPride will need to move to beautiful Vilnius where I am coming from today writing this week’s brief. I’ll be in Riga, Latvia for EuroPride 2015 until Tuesday.

Also check out coolest new blogs on Saigon, Vietnam & Tulum, Mexico — and see how pride expanded in Athens, Greece! If you’re in NYC for Pride next week be sure to check out the NYC Center’s events!

Finally, join Oscar Wilde Tours’ Italy trip and get a $400 discount!

Get this week’s brief.

A vital resource for LGBT travelers, focusing on news, vacation insights, advocacy and current events in major cities around the globe, the GAYography brief is published each Thursday. Subscribe here & Like!
