We spent a month travelling in Vietnam during April and May 2015.
We started in the South in motorbike crazy Ho Chi Minh City (still called Saigon by locals). We discovered a few gay bars in Saigon with our friend Quan.
We then headed to Central Vietnam to Hoi An, Hue and Da Nang. In Hoi An we immersed ourselves in the yummy food with a cooking class and a foodie tour with the excellent Vespa Adventures. We learnt to make delicious Cau Lao noodles and yummy Banh Xeo pancakes.
Our final stop was in the North in Hanoi where saw the famous water puppet show and also took an overnight cruise to the magnificent Halong Bay.
